College Student Counseling

Finding Your Roots in a Season of Change

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do and he will show you which path to take.” -Proverbs 3:6-7

College can be an exciting season filled with new opportunities, friendships and growth but it can also bring unexpected challenges. The transition into adulthood often comes with pressure, uncertainty, and questions about who you are and where you are going.

At Rooted Hearts Counseling, we believe every student is created with purpose and value. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where college students can process their experiences, strengthen their emotional health, and grow deeper roots in their faith, identity, and relationships.
